The more said about Stuart Flynn the better. Never one to waste a breath without some witty quip or pun, Stuart is all talk and all trousers. With a belt like Goliath sparring with Shirely Bassey, he’s been variously likened to Elizabeth I, Quentin Crisp, Vivienne Westwood. Which is fine. But he’s none of those. Stuart’s copying no-one.
Whatever the musical guise he assumes - from ballad to rock - the voice remains true and viscerally arresting. The wit in his lyrics would leave Wilde pursing his lips, cursing that he didn’t write that line. Ladies, gentlemen and those that don’t care - drop your jaws and draws for Stuart Flynn.
